BRUSA Elektronik / BRUSA HyPower

Power-conversion architecture, product engineering, system leadership, and technical business development.

2016–2018; 2020–present

Contributions

  • Led system-engineering work across power electronics, control, safety, EMC, simulation, validation, and product interfaces.
  • Built and developed a multidisciplinary organization while making technical decisions and ownership more reviewable.
  • Moved into technical business development for AI-data-center and BESS power-conversion opportunities.

Context

A multidisciplinary engineering program needed to turn a working technical direction into a repeatable development system.

Constraint

Important assumptions and results lived in separate tools and individual working habits, obscuring the full decision path.

Contribution

I aligned the workflow around explicit inputs, reviewable outputs, shared decision points, and clearer ownership without exposing confidential implementation details.

Approach

We mapped how a requirement became a design choice and how that choice was verified, then made repetitive analysis, reporting, and cross-discipline interfaces more consistent.

Outcome

Engineering decisions became easier to reproduce, review, and transfer, reducing dependence on tacit knowledge.

Evidence

Publishable evidence is deliberately qualitative. Identifying names, figures, screenshots, product details, internal tooling, and destinations are omitted.
